Right now I just got back from doing a weekend pc job that took all day. I really needed the money to help pay for my daughter's school clothes.

The kids wanted fish and chips so we had that for lunch after we did some last minute shopping today.

Just got back with some friends of mine to the annal Fax-expo here in Toronto at the Metro Covention Centere. Thats the equelent to the Comicon they have in San Dego, in fact it the largest of its kind outside of Comicon for North America, largest in Canada, and one of the biggest in the world.

There was alot of stufff to do there. My friend got involed in the Street Fighter IV tourement they had at the 360/Ps3 booths (only got 6thplace but out of 200+ players so not bad!) while my cousin tried his luck with the Madden challange, Basicly if you can at least stay ahead of the current champ (whos btw the offical Canadian champ for the lastest Madden) or better still beat him within 30min of play, you get to pick a game for youself to keep, and even win up to 4 titles of games of your choice if you beat him. (cous didnt last long after 15min of play lol)

Oh yeah the various comics...lots of freebees got at least 2 bags of em, buttons for the necies and nephews, trinkets, plush toys, tshirts. etc. Got a nice Morphous Macfarle figurine for myself, plus a nice gunblade keychain (from FF8) in full cast steel and moving revlover peice and a couple of grahpic novel titles...GL ones plus a few from the Dark Tower: Road to the Tower series.

Ah, and cant forget the "interesting" cosutmes seen....particuarlly the female ones..lol more on that later. (after some uploading lol)

Oh and meet a few stars that were there for autograh signings.... I met Lou Fergino (of Hulk, looks damn good for his age too), Avery Brooks from Ds9 (Capt. Sisko), Linda Hamilton (Sarah Connor T1, T2 etc). Bruce Campbell was there too, but his line was very long...

Oh well got a few other stuff, incluing an offical leather bounded Deathnote replica (with all the rules included in the front, interal bookmark and a "L" keychain), very nice..

BTW my other friend got an orignal "Omega Supreme" and "Sky Lynxx"...didnt come cheap, but he loves his old skool Transformers..

Oh well it was a fun 2 days.. (its a 3 day event but only went on Fri and Sunday.) Still have alot of feebees if anyone is interested...lol

drinking coffee...then I'm off to get an emmissions test and register my car....then its off to try and get a different job cause the subway I work at is asking way too much of me for $8 and hour. School>Job.....but I still gotta pay the bills right?
