^ Yeah, insomnia is rough. I have put up with it for years and just try to deal with it the best I can. Does is make you as mad as me when people say they have insomnia after having a couple of nights where they got less than 7 hours of sleep? LOL I would like to see how they would hold up to 8+ years of sleeping 5 hours or less every night of their life. Actually, 5 hours a night would be a blessing lately. It's been more like 3, with me waking up every few minutes. I have way too much fucking stress in my life.
