CF and I are going to see Avenged Sevenfold in concert (again). I am so excited. What makes it even better is that we don't have to drive over 6 hours to see them like we did last time. This time they are playing only 45 minutes away!!! That makes life a lot simpler. I wish we didn't have to wade through all of the opening bands just to see them though. I mean 4 bands is a little excessive. They should lower the ticket price and just do the show themselves sans Buck Cherry, Papa Roach, and whoever else is going to be there.

Let me throw my batwings out there for you!

That's why you need to go with me. I am 6 ft. 3 in. tall and I am well capable of being the designated "crowd cutter". Actually, these shows aren't too bad for violence or anything too rough. We are in Texas, so people actually apologize in the pit when something goes to far. It makes me smile. Very Happy

I need to check those guys out one day...

For now, I'll stick with the Underoath album I just bought (Lost in the Sound of Seperation, 93 on Metacritic.) Pretty darn good. Not every track is perfect, but the album really gives off a sense of desperation and doom (but hope) when you listen to it as a whole.
