What was the scariest part for you in the entire game?

For me the part in the game that made my heart freeze was the mannequin room.
After that, I just simply avoided that room one or two games later.

Hmm, I haven't played it for aaages, but I would have to say that whole "church" otherworld place, you know with Alessa's room and all? I just got freaked out with all the noises and random bloody patterns on the wall, and it was just... ugh. The otherworld hospital is a very close second. Especially with a cinema system. Shocked

the whole game freaked me out in the first two or three playthroughs..
but that's why i love it, haha

but to be more specific, i'd say the mirror room & the alternate church
