So, I'm looking for a good RPG and this title has come up an number of times.

Has anyone played it?

I may be buying the newest outing at one point. Tales of Vesperia. But I can't talk about it yet.

Embarrassing as it is to admit, I've only just heard about the Tales games.

I guess I'm just going to pick up the first one I see and go from there.

The thing is, it seems that the Tales games get moderate praise from critics, and moderate sales, but certain fans seem to cherish them like nothing else, and they do well in Japan. The weird case is,it seems the majority of YouTubers releasing videos enjoy the games.
I know it sounds stupid, but all the gamers on YouTube I'm subscribed to, make it sound like a wonderful series.
