Not sure if this happens to everyone, but I can recall a few games that I played which I never beat. They were mostly Tomb Raider games because I just found them boring back then. Yet, now that think about it, I just found it boring because I got lost a lot in those games. Oh well I was young and stupid and can't change the past, but what game can you remember never having beaten with thoughts of maybe wanting to give it another go now?

aha, in my younger days it would of been all of them haha.
But nowa days i try to beat every game i play, unless i really dont like playing it.
Last one i remember just giving up on was GTA ViceCity i could never beat that timed mission, just F'n pissed me off!.
So sadly i had to say F. it, an hang up my gamepad.
Actually i never did bother tring to beat San Andreas, i just F**ked around on it an stole cars an shot up dudes.
I think if'in iam remembering correctly, the first game i ever beat was Legacy of Kain Blood Omen on the psx long ago.
Mostly cuz i had a gameing magazine which had the entire walkthro in it.
I still really like that story in those games.

Probably Fatal Frame III. It scared the crap out of me!

Tribes 2, and countless games I got stuck in.

hmmm only one i can think of was GTA4, i got so bored with it, i've left it to gather dust now!

hahaha I have a friend who got bored with that game too. Even though it got a very good rating, hearing that kinda made me doubt wanting it anymore.

GTA IV is one prime example of overrating in my book. Never have I disagreed with the general consensus that much.

Haha i agree with you Ginko, It's funny! everyone was caught up in the hype and gave it high ratings, then say a month later, there are articles in there magazines etc about how they mis-scored it! like one magazine gave it 9.7/10 then marked it down to a 7! i would give it a 6 at best!

never beat world of warcraft.....cause you....cant beat that game...I was however very good at all the given roles (tank DPS and heals) to toot my own horn about it :P

I have one series of games that I've never beat...I've played all of them except for a few that have came out within the last couple years or so....and people are gonna freak and tell me "ZOMG you NEED to beat those or you=fail!"

Oh right, i forgot to mention i never beat The Simpsons game, cuz my 360 got the 3 red rings while playing that one.
And i lent that game to my lil cousin whos only 5 or something, i hope he doesnt scratch my simpsons game all to shit, or lose the manual.

I never did finish Ninja Gaiden on the Xbox, that was partially due to boredom though.

Come to think of it, there was a Sonic Game on Dreamcast, can't remember the title, but I don't ever recall beating that but I loved it so much and kept going back to this particular bit in it [you could walk wherever if I recall correctly it was free roam] to go play in a pinball machine or something I spent hours doing that. I wish I could remember what it was...
